First 6 are cco, next 5 are cbb

PCR seems to have failed even more than usual
- cco colonies 1 and 5 are definitely WT (either revertants or previous PCR just didn't amplify the band properly)
new PCRs set up with colonies that are sucroseR but not GmR
- 20ul reaction, revert back to 12-8 in case longer extension time is doing bad things...
  - All of the PCRs failed except for mess at bottom... maybe try fewer cells and alter reaction volume? Will try to replicate 12-8 PCR conditions exactly
