Objectives

  • Grow E. Coli in LB broth, for the purpose of expressing ADA.

Procedure

  1. In four 2.8L flasks, broth was created with 25g LB and 1L H2O, using the protocol to make expression culture. Four more smaller 250mL flasks were prepared using this protocol for making Starter Culture
  2. The starter culture was steamed in the autoclave following this protocol
