Creating Titration curves of Amino AcidsToday we created titration curves for the amino acids Glycine, L-Lysine, L-Cysteine, L-Glutamine, and L-Tryptophan. All titrations were performed using the .148M NaOH created on September 2, 2014. Below are the exact quantities of amino acids, HCL, and water that were used for each titration:
Creation of Amino Acid Stock SolutionsStock solutions of the amino acids mentioned above were made for use in UV-Vis analysis, and fluorimetric analysis. Stock solutions were made using the specifications from the chart below.
