Objective

  • Take the UV-Vis measurements of filtrate solutions for film adsorption analysis.
  • Make a fresh glutaraldehyde film for the later studies/experiments.

Description

When making a PVOH glutaraldehyde film, 1 ml of glutaraldehyde was used in 1/2 g PVOH.

Data

Notes

Note that glutaraldehyde was taken directly out of the freezer and was frozen. We waited until it got melted before 1 ml of it was poured into 1/2 g of PVOH solution.
