In Vitro Microfluidic Assays

Picking 6 GFP and 6 RFP constructs for testing in JBEI in vitro microfluidic transcription/translation system.

  • Picking Makoff 2,17,20,8,19,13.

I will innoculate a culture of all of these for minipreping tomorrow. I will also do a few others to have more choices in case Vivek has others that he would prefer to do instead.

  • My additional innoculated cultures will be 14, 18, 24, 7, 6, 5, 21, and 1
