Project Description/Abstract

The main purpose of the project that I am currently working on in professor Harttings lab involves artificial photosynthetic proteins. The goal is to replace different metal groups, such as zinc, in the structure of protporphyrin IX and study the different effect that these metals will have on the properties of protoporphyrin.

Notes
