2.5 mM of HAuCl<sub>4</sub> and 15 μM of BSA were the two stock solutions used.
To prepare BSA (1.5μM)and HAuCl4 (0.25mM), the equation M<sub>1</sub>V<sub>1</sub>=M<sub>2</sub>V<sub>2</sub> was used.
*Calculation
2.5mM*V<sub>1</sub> = 0.25mM*10ml
V<sub>1</sub>= 1ml of HAuCl<sub>4</sub>
0.015mM*V<sub>1</sub> = 0.0015 mM*10ml
V<sub>1</sub>= 1ml of BSA
* 1ml of HAuCl and 1ml of BSA were placed in each of the two test tubes.
