Summary

Currently, I am a PhD student from the Science – Physics program at the University of the Andes (Colombia) and a member of the Biophysics research group from the same university. My research project consists in studying the nanomechanical properties of lipid membranes in presence of pore-forming antimicrobial peptides using atomic force microscopy.

I have an MSc in Physics, graduating from the University of the Andes (Colombia). I also have an MSc in Engineering, graduating from the École des Mines de Nantes (France) and my undergraduate BSc was in Electronics Engineering in the University of the Andes (Colombia).
