Objective

Description

Protein Extraction

Dialysis tubes were filled with the protein solution, clipped and placed in the Tris bath. Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography was used to separate the protein--PI protein= 7, positive at pH 9.

Gold NPs

500µL Au (2.9 mM) 500µL BSA (17.7 µM) 9mL Water Left in the Oven for a week--aggregation.
