Objective

  • 1. Centrifuge AuNP fibers
  • 2. Make 500 mL of 10 mM Tris buffer, pH 9
  • 3. Make 500 mL of 10 mM phosphate buffer, pH 7

Description

  • Trris buffer

1. calculate the amount needed for 10 mM Tris in 500 ml of water

2. adjust ph with 1 M HCl until ph7

  • Phosphate buffer

1. Calculate how much sodium phosphate (dibasic) and sodium phosphate (monobasic) is needed for 10 mM in 500 mL water
