*I'm working on designing strains of yeast that produce hydrogen, using Flux Balance Analysis modeling of yeast to predict genetic modifications that would improve production of desired metabolites. I'm also moving a pathway from the hydrogenosome, an organelle found in certain hydrogen-producing eukaryotes, into the yeast mitochondrion.
