The graph above contains our absorbance for Silver [Fructose]=0.0625 mM solution. Only pH 11 formed nanoparticles. All solutions had the shoulder around 270 nm, which we have previously observed (except for pH 12, it might have been there but it was minuscule).

The graph above shows the absorbance at wavelength 530 nm. It shows that pH 11 was the only solution to make significant nanoparticles (which is still rather low compared to previous trials). The absorbance for pH 7 and 8 was minor.

The graph above shows our UV-VIS spectra for our AGNP, NO BSA, fructose concentration of 0.5 This was a very interesting spectra. pH 10 has the highest absorbtion. pH 11 and 12 are very low in comparison to the other samples, while pH 4 is essentially a baseline throughout. pH 5,6,8, and 9 are clustered together. pH 7 is slightly lower than that cluster. All trials show the shoulder at 270 nm, with the exception of pH4 which is too low to show anything.

The above graph shows the absorbance of our 0.125 Fructose, no BSA silver solution. pH 11 and 12 had the highest absorption. pH 10 was also significantly higher than the other trials which were clustered. pH 5,6,7,8, and 9 were the cluster, with pH 6 and 9 being somewhat higher and separated. pH 4 was once again essentially a baseline. There was a strong 270 nm shoulder for all trials.

The graph above contains our absorbance for Silver [Fructose]=0.0625 mM solution. Only pH 11 formed significant nanoparticles. pH7 and 8 also had some absorbance around the range we expect nanoparticles as well.
