Observations

  • pH 4, 10, 14 all made a dark blue solution
        pH 14 was lighter than the other two solutions but the blue coloration was still apparent
        All of these solutions contain particles at the bottom of the test tube which increase the coloration of the solution when mixed with a pipette.

pH 7 created a dark purple solution pH 12 created a substantially colored solution as well. It could be classified as either dark pink or light purple.
