pH and Conductivity Calibration of NaCl and Glycine Buffers

Yesterday and today, we ran pH and conductivity calibrations for 50 mM NaCl and 50 mM Glycine buffers (pH 3.5, 0.4 mL 1M HCl used). A 2x, 5z, 10x, 20x, 50x, 100x, 200x, and 500x dilution of each was prepared for use.

The results are as follows:

Dialysis

We used the two buffers to run dialysis of 1 g/L lysozyme. We used 3500 and 25k MW dialysis tubing. The 3500 was used for NaCl, Glycine, and H2O, and colloid solution (made on 26 August). These were left overnight to today.
