SDS-PAGE Sample Prep

We prepared non-dilute samples for SDS-PAGE analysis. Here are the solutions we used for each enzyme concentration:

  1. Proteinase K:
    1. 1 µM, modified protocol, 40 min sample
  2. Thermolysin:
    1. 1 µM, 90 minute sample
    2. 100 nM, 30 minute sample
    3. 10 nM, 60 minute sample
    4. 1 nM, 10 minute sample
