Reaction of OPD+H2O2 in H2O with Mb/Phosphate Catalyst

We are going to continue the trials with water today; we will be using Mb/Phosphate for today's trials.

Data:

As observed the last time dissolving the reactants, the myoglobin did not fully dissolve into water, leaving bright red specks of protein in solution. If this has any impact on the results, we will see. If not, it will just react as normal.

For the 15°C Trial 2, it looked like a hair or a miscellaneous fiber ended up in the cuvette before the reaction started. If this has any effect (which is unlikely), it will be noted.
