Reaction of OPD+H2O2 in Isopropanol Suspension

We are going to continue the trials of the Isopropanol suspension today, with Mb/Phosphate and Mb/Acetate. Hopefully all trials will react, unlike yesterday's Citrate Trial 2, which did not seem to react compared to Trial 3.

I turned up the speed of the stir bar in Trial 2 of Mb/Acetate, which could have helped. We also sonicated the OPD solution for over an hour for the Acetate trials to increase the concentration of OPD in solution that was able to be pipetted into the reaction mixture.
