Preparation for Synthesis of Manganese PPIX

  • We are going to synthesize MnPPIX based on the previous synthesis of NiPPIX. The amount of PPIX will be kept at 100 mg, and the stoichiometric amount of Manganese Acetate Tetrahydrate used will be 72.8 mg. The procedure can be found [1].
  • We are going to try the synthesis with 250 mg of PPIX, so the stoichiometric amounts of PPIX and Manganese Acetate Tetrahydrate are
