Current Affiliation: Postdoc, Nevan Krogan and Wendell Lim Labs @ UCSF
I am generally interested in studying the evolution of cellular interaction networks and how changes at the level of the DNA may or may not generate phenotypic diversity. My current focus is on the evolution of post-translational modifications.
I have started a project in collaboration with Raik Gruenberg using structures and homology modelling to study the potential effects of phosphorylation sites
