Goals

  • Run Fluorescence testing on samples with Rhodamine 6G dye in them
  • prepare standards for Iron AA
  • Make Magnetite-Protein-Gold Sonicated samples using same concentrations and methods as before
  1. view magnetite protein sonicated samples with microscope

Observations

Visual Observations and fluorescence testing indicate the release of the rhodamine 6G Dye from within the hydrogel complexes with the presence of a magnet
