Spermatogenesis

  • Will collect Experimental and Control progeny and heat shock this week.
    • 1 hour 30 mins at 37°C
    • On Tuesday 10/13 and Friday 10/16
    • Dissect both on Monday 10/19
  • Observed slides
    • High background in Topro3 channel
    • High background in anti-Sa and anti-BAM channels, but staining successful.
    • Poor staining of anti-RFP against Tdt-Myb Fusion
