Spermatogenesis

  • Dissected 13 day heat shocked flies (2 x 2 hours @ 37 C)
  • Fixed 25' in 4% formaldehyde
  • Wash 3 x 5' in PBS-T
  • Incubate 30' in PBS - 0.6% Triton
  • Block O/N in 2% NGS
