Please briefly describe any previous laboratory experience
I have done lab work that includes: restriction digests, ligation, DNA purification using low melt agarose, PCR, plasmid isolation from bacterial culture, mouse/rat/human cell culture, white blood cell isolation from whole blood, immunostaining, polymer micromolding and micropatterning, creation of polymer-lipid beads, fluorescence microscopy, confocal microscopy, ELISAs, and collagen cell cultures.
