Description

Synthesizing Gold nanoparticles.

1)Synthesizing gold nanoparticles.

-A test tube with 1 ml of BSA,7 ml of water and 2 ml of chloroauric acid.(with this order) was prepared. The test tube was placed in to the heat block which was at 70 degree celcius and took it out of the oven for 10 min every 30 minutes.

-Test tube B with 0.1ml of BSA, 0.7ML OF water and 0.2 ml of chloroauric acid.The test tube was placed in to the heat block which was at 70 degree celcius.
