Entry title

Objective

Synthesizing Gold Nanoparticles with using two different ratios

Description

Synthesizing Gold Nanoparticles with using two different ratios of BSA to HAuCl4. (heat block at 80 degree celcius)

Ratio of BSA to HAuCl4 is 81.9.

-Epi Test Tube A: 1ml of 17.7 uM of BSA,0.50ml of 0.0177mM of HAuCl4 and 8.5ml of water.(LEAVE IN)

-Epi Test Tube B: 1ml of 17.7 uM of BSA,0.50ml of 0.0177mM of HAuCl4 and 8.5ml of water.(TAKE OUT EVERY 30 MIN)

Ratio of BSA to HAuCl4 is 163.8.

-Epi Test Tube C: 1ml of 17.7 uM of BSA, 1ml of of 0.0177mM of HAuCl4 and 8.0 ml of water.(LEAVE IN)

-Epi Test Tube D: 1ml of 17.7 uM of BSA, 1ml of of 0.0177mM of HAuCl4 and 8.0 ml of water.(TAKE OUT EVERY 30MIN)
