Description

Synthesizing Gold Nanoparticles with using two different ratios of BSA to HAuCl4. (heat block at 80 degree celcius)

Ratio of BSA to HAuCl4 is 69.5.

-Epi Test Tube A: 1ul of 17.7 uM of BSA,0.50ul of 0.0177mM of HAuCl4 and 8.5ul of water.(LEAVE IN)

-Epi Test Tube B: 1ul of 17.7 uM of BSA,0.50ul of 0.0177mM of HAuCl4 and 8.5ul of water.(TAKE OUT EVERY 30 MIN, KEEP OUT FOR 20 MIN)

Ratio of BSA to HAuCl4 is 161.

-Epi Test Tube C: 1ul of 17.7 uM of BSA, 1ul of of 0.0177mM of HAuCl4 and 8.0 ul of water.(LEAVE IN)
