Determining Processes of Isolating Gold Nanoparticles Using Refolding Buffers

Objective

- Synthesizing more protein fibers.

-UV-Vis of solution 1 made on 21/01/12 [[1]]


Description

Syntsizing purple fibers (Au/BSA mole ratio = 166)

  • Combine 1 mL of 3.66 mM HAuCl4 and 1.27 mL of 0.0173 mM BSA in a test tube.
  • Dilute to 10 mL with water.
  • Place in oven. (75°C)
  • Leave the test tube in oven for 3 hrs.
