Objective

Testing the effects of microwave-assisted base hydrolysis in order to determine the concentration of free BSA in solution.

Description

-Add 40 μL of BSA or AuNP solution (synthesized on 02/15/12)to 40 μL 4 M NaOH.

-Add 2μL 450 mM DTT.

-Heat in microwave for 1 min.

-Take UV-vis data.
