UV-VISPurposeTo take scans of pH11 and 12 for silver nanoparticles at varying concentrations of fructose which have no yet been done. The highest absorbance for pH11 is 0.75mM and then becomes significantly lower at 1.25mM. pH 12 has the highest peak at 0.25mM and then becomes significantly lower at 1.25mM. Scans are being taken at 0.35mM, 0.5mM, 0.65mM, 0.8mM, 0.95mM and 1.1mM fructose in order to determine the point at which pH11 and 12 have the highest peak and then begin to decrease.
