Ocean Optics pH 11Sample preparation:
Data AnalysisThis chart shows the maximum absorbance over time. This chart shows the maximum wavelength over time. This chart shows the A(513.15) over time for pH 11 gold nanoparticles.

no NP at ph 11 and 12 know PI of protein identify all peaks area under curve vs time vs wavelength Gaussian fits for single pH and single time protein unfolds and shifts. no quenching gold 3+ and emission of Tryptophan. protonated state of lysine necessary for reduction. at neutral (11) no NP formation bc lysine deprotonated. fluorescence at pH 11: intensity of fluorescence : stopped. dip: unfolding, tryptophan environment sensitive. exposing T more, quenching it more. silver NP: pH 11 and 12. cloudiness caused by : scattered . big particles. larger particles in general. broad peak: large distribution of sizes. think about diff fluorescence might be. what dynamics are consistent with data from UV . back up claims w literature references. may be Nitrogens, not Tryptophan and other aromatic residues.
