  • Made 50 ml sodium phosphate buffer solution for pH 7

Calculations:

exact mass of mono used: 0.1528 g

exact mass of di used: 0.2172 g

verified pH via pH meter: 7

Making amino acid solutions

  • We prepared 3 different amino acid stock solutions

1) Glutamine

2) Cysteine

3) Arginine


pH 7 [Au]=0.5 mM [AA]=3.125 uM Vf=3000 uL
