Objectives

  • make 40 % beads
  • vacuum filter, dry and grind yellow beads (first batch of beads which turned yellow upon freeze drying, will be referred to as 'yello beads from now on)
  • set up all batches of new beads to dry via vacuum and air drying
  • sieve yellow beads to calculate size distribution
