Objectives

  • calculate re-swelling round 2 beads
  • make round 3 10 % beads
  • filter 25 % by size

Procedure

  • start with biggest filter (25 mesh = 707 microns )

Data

  • reswelling for round 2 10 % beads is 32 % , down from 800 % . This means pore size significantly decreased and crosslinking continued.
