I work in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at the University at Buffalo (SUNY). My research interest is to understand the structural basis of protein function. Once the structure-function relationship has been modeled, we validate the model by designing novel sequences consistent with the target function and implementing the designs experimentally.
