I am a postdoctoral researcher in the lab of Anders Lund at the BRIC institute in Copenhagen, and currently working on two projects. The first one consists in investigating the role of posttranscriptional modifications of ribosomal RNA, more specifically 2'-O-methylations and comparing them in normal and cancer tissues. In parallel, I am searching for long noncoding RNAs which are important both in normal pluripotency (stem cells) and in stem-cell like tumors.
