Making Small Hydrogels

  • PVA 31,000
    • 2 sets of 0.1g:1mL H2O; 0.15g:1mL H2O; 0.2g:1mL H2O
    • Put into water bath at 80°C at 12:30PM, then taken out and put into sonicator at 1:30PM. Vials were put in freezer at 2PM after the solution was homogeneous.
  • PVA 89,000-98,000
    • 2 sets of 0.1g:1mL H2O; 0.15g:1mL H2O; 0.2g:1mL H2O
    • Put into water bath at 80°C at 1:30PM, then taken out and put into sonicator at 2:30PM. Vials were put in freezer at 3:40PM after the solutions were homogeneous.
  • PVA 130,000
    • 2 sets of 0.1g:1mL H2O; 0.15g:1mL H2O; 0.2g:1mL H2O
    • put into water bath at 80°C at 2:40PM, then taken out and put into sonicator at 3:40PM. Vials were put in freezer at 4:40PM after the solutions were homogeneous.
