Recreating Test Tubes - Gold+BSA and PVA combinations

  • Eight test tubes, 10mL
    • Tube 1: PVA 89-98K + water
    • Tube 2: PVA 130K + water
    • Tube 3: 0.25mM Gold + 0.00147mM BSA + water
      • 1mL Au solution + 0.98mL BSA + 8.02mL water
    • Tube 4: 0.25mM Gold + 0.00278mM BSA + water
      • 1mL Au solution + 1.85mL BSA + 7.15mL water
    • Tube 5: 0.25mM Gold + 0.00147mM BSA + water
      • 1mL Au solution + 0.98mL BSA + 8.02mL water
    • Tube 6: 0.25mM Gold + 0.00278mM BSA + water
      • 1mL Au solution + 1.85mL BSA + 7.15mL water
    • Tube 7: nothing
    • Tube 8: nothing
