I'm not sure if this is a good idea yet. But it occurred to me that with my OWW pages under the namespaces PHYC500/2007F, Koch_Lab, and Physics307L that a common annoyance is not having the template (with navigation bar:home, people, protocols, etc.) on all the pages. It would be nice to have a small thing at the top of the page (maybe underneath the place where it gives you the page heirarchy) that you could customize navigation within a namespace. Right now, I usually forget to add the template to new pages to get the navigation bar.
