same master mix as yesterday - one extra sample IZ - ethel
All others corresond to the same letters as yesterday
 
NB the 94°C soak went for 8.30 instead of 2 mins.
 
Otherwise exactly the same as yesterday. The profile was user 77 file 81 - should be 60C.
