The SIMILAR WP10 Database Project
The SIMILAR WP10 database can be found at www.similarwp10db.org.
It has been constructed for the benefit of the members of Work Package 10 of the SIMILAR Network (www.similar.cc) in order to facilitate the sharing of data and information throughout the network and encourage scientific collaborations between its institutions and members.
Functionalities
The prime purpose of the WP10 Database is to handle the uploading, downloading and storage of the following objects:
- Raw Medical Data
- Processed Medical Data
- Data-Processing Routines & Computer Code
- Related Documentation
All form of data-management (that is downloading, uploading, editing and deleting) has been integrated into an intuitive framework modelled on Windows Explorer – called DB-Explorer.
