Objective

To prepare stock solutions of AuNP fibers with lysozyme

Procedure

The protocol used for today can be found in this notebook entry by Dr. Hartings.

  • 16 1mL solutions of AuNP fibers with lysozyme were created in eppendorf tubes
  • 10 5mL solutions of AuNP fibers with lysozyme in 10mL test tubes. All tubes were covered in tinfoil.
