  • used gel made 17Jan2012


Pour Load Run
270 mL 1x TAE + 5.4 g agarose 2 µL gel load dye + 4 µL PCR product 140 V
27 µL GelRed 6 µL ladder 40 minutes


  • in CNHY / CNTI Uniplexes, 2 out of 3 amplified; but previous uniplex amplified well, so we'll go with it
  • in SCOC Scun10 trials, good banding, water is clean
