State of the Laboratory Work

SCOC Multiplex

  • nearly fully optimized for pseudo-multiplex (10 markers, 4 PCRs, 1 frag run)
  • Scun10 looks great in PET
  • sar80 will need to be run in uniplex
  • verify Scun3 and Scun11 marker ranges in small diversity panel


CNHY Multiplex

  • 10 markers tested for frag ranges - all clean and polymorphic
  • next steps: start trying to multiplex some
