Reaction
- for 100 μL:
- 4 μL primer fw (100pmol/μL = 100μM) ~2.4 μg
- 4 μL primer rv (100pmol/μL = 100μM) ~2.4 μg
- 10 μL 10x Dam buffer (NEB)
- 80 μL A. dest
