Objective

  • Make HRP-AuNPs for enzymatic studies

Procedure

These solutions were made in lab

Solutions were placed in four test tubes and all samples were put in the oven at 80 degrees Celsius for 3 hours

Data

Samples will be analyzed in the next lab

Notes

[Au] = 2.94 mM

[HRP] = 16.27 uM
