ObjectiveRemake Lysozyme from the previous lab. Procedure
NotesThe lysozyme that was made in the previous lab (11/6/13) did not come out of the oven correctly. The calculations were incorrect. The calculations for the lysozyme incorporated the desired stock concentration of the myoglobin (.1 mM) opposed to the desired concentration of the lysozyme ( .01 mM). | |
