Please briefly describe any previous laboratory experience

I currently work at the Vacanti Tissue Engineering Lab of the Massachusetts General Hospital. My project consists on testing the effects of Dentin Matrix Phosphoprotein I (DMPI) on human MSCs (inducing differentiation and matrix formation) to evaluate if DMPI would enhance synthetic bone scaffolds by making them osteoinductive.

I am really excited for the work we will be doing in the three modules and I am especially looking forward to the third module.
