I am a Phd student at Imperial College London under the supervision of Prof Kitney. The research project deals with modelling multicellular Synthetic Biology systems. We are implementing a framework allowing to model from gene expression to population behaviour.

  • Computational Biology: stochastic processes, Petri Nets, Agent Based modelling.
  • Synthetic Biology and the wetlab work involved.
  • Laboratory Information System.
