Synthetic Biology Software: Optimizer for Characterization Experiments

  • Specifications:
    • handles transcriptional-type of systems and devices
    • systems are networks of interacting biobricks products
    • enables to plan experimental characterization(Design of Experiment approach)
  • Inputs:
    • Network of interacting BioBricks
    • List of parameters (measured, known, ...)
  • Ouputs:
    • Number and type of experiments to be done.

  • create Excel sheet for Fluorescent assays (transfer function or degradation). Solver enabled.
  • standard Excel sheet to collect OD600 + Fluorescence
  • test fitting with different Monod exponent
