  • Prepped plasmids using Zyppy miniprep kit.
  • Digested plasmids with EcoR1 and Pst1 (table will be made).
  • Ran gel electrophoresis to confirm assembly (picture will be uploaded).
  • No DNA present, repeat ligation.
